I baked the shells in the shape of cute little bears and sandwiched them with sweet green tea butter cream. 🐻 — 🐻초코 다쿠아즈 꼬끄 달걀 흰자 90g 아몬드 가루 75g 우리밀가루 7g 코코아가루 9g 슈가파우더 45g 설탕 30g 🐻녹차 버터 크림 버터 45g 슈가파우더 75g 생크림 20g (혹은 두유) 바닐라빈페이스트 3g 녹차가루 3g — 🐻만드는 방법 1. 달걀 흰자와 설탕으로 머랭을 만든다. 2. 머랭에 미리 체쳐 둔 아몬드가루, 슈가파우더, 우리밀가루를 두 번에 나눠 넣어 섞는다. 3. 곰돌이 모양으로 팬닝하고 예열한 오븐에 넣어 170도 15분 굽는다. 4. 다 구워진 꼬끄를 팬에서 분리해 둔다. 5. 녹차 버터 크림을 만든다. 말랑한 실온 버터를 잘 풀고 슈가파우더를 넣어 폭신하게 휘핑한다. 6. 녹차 가루를 넣어 섞고, 두유, 바닐라빈 페이스트를 넣어 충분히 휘핑한다. 7. 꼬끄에 크림을 샌드한다. — 🐻 Chocolate Dacquoise Shells Egg whites: 90g Almond flour: 75g Korean whole wheat flour (or plain flour): 7g Cocoa powder: 9g Powdered sugar: 45g Sugar: 30g 🐻 Green tea Buttercream Butter: 45g Powdered sugar: 75g Heavy cream (or Soy milk): 20g Vanilla bean paste: 3g Green tea powder: 3g 🐻 Instructions 1. Whip the egg whites and sugar together to make a meringue. 2. Sift the almond flour, powdered sugar, and wheat flour beforehand. Add them to the meringue in two batches and gently fold to combine. 3. Pipe the batter into bear shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes. 4. Remove the baked shells from the pan and let them cool. 5. Make the green tea buttercream. Soften the room-temperature butter and whip it with powdered sugar until fluffy. 6. Add the green tea powder and mix, then add the soy milk and vanilla bean paste and whip thoroughly. 7.
