Over a hundred products launched, and I still have that fear. What if it doesn't work out? I ran this in my own head today. I was working on a new project and I could have documented it on video. And I kept thinking, well, maybe let's see how it works out first. It was blocking me for about two months. It's not fear of failure. If it doesn't work out, I don't really care, I know how to pivot. It's that I launch it and suddenly no one comes. And the alternative my head offered was prepare better. Do more research. That's the issue. More preparation doesn't give you certainty. You cannot prepare for all the outcomes and feel good about it before doing the thing. Same script the founders in our accelerator run. That's bullshit.
