Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! Please join me in helping those in need. click on the link to start blessing them and may the Lord double your blessings. Any amount that you can give is greatly appreciated 🙏. https://gofund.me/86527c54 I've made a popular Guyanese bread in this video name butter flap. It's basically a soft buttery bread that you can eat with anything. I like eating my butter flaps with cheese. Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup warm water 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp active dry yeast 4 cups all purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 4 tbsp melted butter softened butter to spread on the dough Combine everything to form a dough then oil a bowl, put the dough inside and put it in the oven with the lights on to help the dough rise faster. Once dough has doubled in size remove from bowl and divide into equal smaller balls, then roll out each ball and put melted butter on top, then fold as shown in the video, then apply more butter and fold again to form a triangular shape. Once all the dough is rolled out and buttered, place them on baking tray, cover them and allow to double again in size. After the dough is doubled gently brush the top with melted butter. Be careful when brushing to not apply too much pressure before the dough gets deflated. Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush more butter on top then serve! You can eat the butter flaps with cheese, peanut butter or even your favorite sliced meat like turkey, even eggs. Thank you for watching!
