Circumcision of the Heart | How God Cultivates Us

What does it mean to have your heart circumcised? Are you willing to let God cut away what no longer belongs in your heart so He can cultivate the person He is calling you to become? In this sermon, we explore the biblical meaning of circumcision of the heart and why God wants to do more than change our outward behavior. He desires to transform us from within. Just as fallow ground must be broken up before it can produce a harvest, our hearts must be prepared to receive God's Word and grow in spiritual maturity. We are challenged to examine what is holding us back from God. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, God cultivates our hearts, cutting away the things we struggle to surrender.
