Comandante C40 vs C60

You’ll find a lot of great videos, including their recent 28-click recipe, which I highly recommend! :) Watch their 28-click recipe here:    • brewing coarser on the c40 - recipe + brew   Recipe Used Brewer: Orea O1 + Switch Base Filters: Sibarist B3 Flat Filters Coffee: 14g Dilio Pechene washed tabi & pink bourbon from Mirra Coffee Roasters. Grind size: 39 clicks on C60 / 27 clicks on C40 Water: RO-filtered water (13 ppm before adding Apax Lab minerals) Water temperature: 92°C Coffee-to-water ratio: 14g / 200g (approximately 1:14) Preparation Rinse the filter and make sure it’s properly seated to minimize bypass and most importantly that it sits well on the bottom of the orea. Brewing Steps 1. 0:00 — Pour 50g of water and let it bloom for 45 seconds. 2. 0:45 — Add another 50g at a flow rate of 4–6g per second, using circular motions. Finish the last 10g in the center. 3. Once the coffee bed dries, wait 5 seconds before adding another 50g, using the same pouring technique. 4. Repeat for the final 50g, bringing the total to 200g.
