Yeh video Rajasthan ke Jaisalmer se karib 120 km door sthit Tanot Mata Mandir ki adbhut aur sacchi katha par aadharit hai. Yahan aaj bhi shishe ki almariyon mein 1965 ke yudh ke jung lage top ke gole sajakar rakhe gaye hain, jo giri toh the lekin fate nahi.

Tanot Mata is a revered folk deity of the Thar Desert, worshipped as an incarnation of Hinglaj Mata and the guardian goddess of the India-Pakistan border. The temple, believed to be around 1100 years old, is unique for being maintained by BSF soldiers instead of traditional priests.
Origin story: According to legend, a childless devotee named Mamadiya Charan completed seven difficult pilgrimages to the Hinglaj shrine, after which the goddess was born as his daughter, later worshipped as Aavad Mata and known today as Tanot Mata.
The 1965 battle: On the night of 17 November 1965, weeks after the official ceasefire, Pakistani forces launched a heavy artillery assault on Tanot. Despite nearly 3,000 shells reportedly fired, most that landed inside the temple complex did not explode, an event locals attribute to divine grace and soldiers still honour by applying mehndi to the goddess's idol.
Legacy: Since 1965, the Border Security Force has taken over the temple's daily worship. Every 16th December, Vijay Diwas is celebrated here, and the temple complex today also houses a Peer Baba's dargah, standing side by side in devotion on one of India's most sensitive borders.
