Today, we start our day by repairing an old kerosene lamp before lighting the traditional clay oven. In the warmth of the wood fire, I prepare a delicious homemade Apple Cheddar Galette, combining fresh red apples, melted cheese, cinnamon, and a golden buttery crust. I carefully arrange the apple slices like a flower before baking it in our traditional wood-fired clay oven. As the beautiful aroma fills the air, we prepare a pot of hot tea and enjoy our freshly baked galette together.
