#SocialSecurity #SouthCarolina #Retirement South Carolina real estate agents do not want you to see this video, because this state is adding roughly eighty thousand new residents a year and almost none of the marketing tells you which towns to actually avoid while everybody else buys in blind. I pulled real FBI and SLED crime data myself on ten towns across this state, and what I found surprised me: a border town where two highways used for drug trafficking cross directly through downtown, a port city where the crime rate spiked nearly sixty percent in a single year, a city carrying the single highest violent crime rate in South Carolina after a sixty-nine percent jump, and three towns just outside Charlotte where one of them logged only three violent crimes in an entire year. This is South Carolina Towns TO AVOID At All Costs, and the three that are actually safe.
