Making Ham from a cheap Gammon Joint

I bought a cheap gammon joint from a supermarket. Can I transform this into Ham? I make a glaze using English Mustard and Honey and with seasoned with cloves. The joint was boiled for 20 minutes per 500grams and then roasted it for 40 minutes.
