Today marks the end of an era on the UK railways as the iconic Class 455 trains officially bow out of service on South Western Railway. In this video, I captured the final moments of Class 455 operations, boarding the train at Clapham Junction after it arrived from Hampton Court, and riding it on its historic journey into London Waterloo. After arriving at Waterloo, I took a few minutes to explore the train before it continued its final working day towards Basingstoke.
