Instant 2 Layer Chocolate Burfi

Chocolates Layer Burfi Ingredients Ghee / clarified butter-1/4 cup Milk- 3/4 cup + 1 teaspoon extra Milk powder- 2.5 cups Sugar- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Must Read Recipe Notes 1- Any brand milk powder can be used. 2- Do not over cook the mixture, it turns chewy 3- I like thin layer of chocolate, You can keep desired thickness of both layers. 4- If you want to make layers half chocolate and half white , cocoa powder quantity will change , you have to put little more . 5- You can directly put chocolate layer on mawa burfi but while pressing it down mawa burfi will loose its shape . I prefer spreading them separately and put them together.
