Just Because You Can Buy It Doesn't Mean You Can Afford It | Harder to Keep Ep. 1

Welcome to the first episode of Hard to Keep 🤎 We're starting with something that's shaped so much of my life: money. My parents started teaching my brother and I about money when we were kids, everything from keeping our own transaction registers and paying our dad a fake “phone bill” to saving and why just because you have enough money to buy something doesn't necessarily mean you can afford it. In this episode, I'm talking about the lessons I carried into adulthood, the luxury Atlanta apartment I quickly realized I could NOT afford, how marriage, motherhood and life around the NFL have changed the way I think about financial stability, and what I want to pass down to my kids.  I definitely don't have all the answers.
