Game 13 AL/NL Showdown

Here is the semi final game of the AL/NL Showdown tournament. Who will get to the championship game? Welcome to TOSS: Tabletop Outcome Sports Simulations—where we manage the game, not just the math. I’m a coach with 30 years of real-world experience in the trenches. I’ve spent decades making split-second decisions under stadium lights, aligning defenses, pulling pitchers, and playing situational small-ball. Now, I’m bringing that exact real-world dugout playbook to the tabletop. On this channel, we look at sports simulations through a true coach’s eye. We are launching our journey with the legendary Strat-O-Matic Baseball, managing a highly balanced 8-team tournament featuring the league's top 2025 superstars. What makes TOSS different? The Coach's Playbook: We don't just roll dice and read card percentages. We explain the why behind every hit-and-run, defensive shift, pitching change, and high-pressure decision. The Learning Curve: I may have spent 30 years in a real dugout, but I'm a complete rookie to these dice. You’ll watch me make mistakes, master the nuances, and progress from Basic rules to the strategic depth of Super Advanced play. The Human Element: Together, we are building custom d100 "house rules" to capture the mental side of sports—modeling rookie pressure, pitcher composure, and the psychological "error hangover" on the tabletop. The Production Evolution: Watch our studio grow from a raw, single-phone setup into a premier broadcast experience with custom graphic overlays, physical "dice cams," and deep sabermetric analysis. Whether you are a die-hard Strat-O-Matic veteran, a baseball purist, or a fellow sports simulation fan, there is a seat for you in our dugout. Grab your scorecard, trust your gut, and let's roll.
