IT IS SUPPOSED TO BEND. TAKE — 竹: bamboo. It grows straight, it is hollow inside, and when the wind comes it bends all the way over and then stands back up. Japanese gardens have used it for centuries for exactly that. As a Japanese creator, I made this nearly two-hour soundscape of koto and shakuhachi for the days when you have been holding yourself rigid so you do not break.
