Golden, crispy chicken rissoles with tender centres, served over a rich, creamy mushroom Diane sauce. Made with chicken mince and a crunchy panko coating, they’re a lovely change from the usual chicken dinner. I season the chicken with onion, garlic, mustard and thyme, then shape, crumb and shallow-fry the rissoles until golden. The sauce combines browned mushrooms with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cream, with an optional splash of brandy. Serve the sauce underneath to keep the crumbs crisp, and add buttery mash and greens for a substantial homemade meal. 👉 If you see the Hype 🔥 button — tap it, it’s a super-like 🚀 👇 RECIPE BELOW ❤️Hello, Friends!
