In the 12 months since our last video on Bangkok's best-kept secret, the Burmese food served by migrants and refugees throughout the city, that cuisine has suddenly exploded into the mainstream. From upscale teahouses to rooftop restaurants to a thriving bar street, tea leaf salad and bowls of Shan Noodles are quickly becoming a part of local culinary culture.
