🏔️Cave Life by a Rushing River🌊| Building a Stone Platform for Survival in the Wild Zagros Mountains

🏔️🌊 Welcome to "BALEROD"! Join Golnar and Maedeh for another exciting day of cave life, set beside rushing rivers deep within the wild Zagros Mountains of Iran! 🌿🐄 In this episode, Golnar constructs a stone platform next to their cave—a space where the family can sit, relax, and take in the beautiful scenery surrounding the river. 🪨🏡 🐄 Maedeh brings the cows, and Golnar provides them with salt and fodder, ensuring they are well-fed and properly cared for. While Golnar moves heavy stones to build the foundation for the platform, Maedeh prepares the dough for "Barkoo"—a traditional bread. 🐄 Suddenly, one of the cows gets its leg stuck in a hole, leaving the animal in distress! Golnar and Maedeh rush to its aid, doing everything in their power to rescue the frightened creature. Their teamwork and determination turn this into a truly challenging experience. 🏡 Following the rescue, Golnar continues building the stone wall for the platform. Using bamboo along with traditional techniques and natural materials sourced from the surrounding environment, they complete the structure. 🍞 Finally, Maedeh prepares the delicious local "Barkoo" bread. Golnar and Maedeh then sit on their newly built platform, right by the rushing river, and enjoy their homemade meal. Join us as we explore the beauty of traditional nomadic life—from the hard work and animal care to cave construction and survival in the heart of the rugged Zagros Mountains. Each day brings new challenges, but through courage and teamwork, Golnar and Maedeh manage to overcome every obstacle. ❤️🌊 If you are fascinated by cave living, traditional stone construction, the lives of nomadic women, rural survival, mountain life, or peaceful moments by rushing rivers, this episode is for you! 👍 Please like the video, 💬 share your thoughts in the comments section, and 🔔 subscribe to the "BALEROD" channel to follow more real-life adventures of cave living and survival in Iran’s Zagros Mountains. #CaveLiving #RushingRiver #ZagrosMountains #SurvivalLife #CaveConstruction #StonePlatform #NomadicLife #BarkooBread #TraditionalCooking #NomadicWomen #CaveDwelling #RuralLife #CowRescue #IranianNomads #ZagrosIran
