ACA P-10 Siren Test - 2026 Adams County Tornado Drill Test - Dell Prairie, WI - Full Alert - 4/22/26

Originally, this P-10 was the 1:45 target for what would have been Wisconsin's SWA test last week, however when NWS cancelled the drill, plans got moved around. After staying in contact with the county, Josh was able to confirm that Adams would be conducting a rescheduled test of their sirens on the following Wednesday. We along with Holly carpooled to the siren and met up with Evan there. Josh did maintenance recently on this P-10 after it being inactive for almost twenty years or so. It still punched despite not being at full pitch. The siren sounds underpowered due to a bad motor which will be either getting rewound or replaced in the future. It is running on a stock single phase Baldor motor currently. This P-10 used to do noon whistles, so that wore the motor out overtime. Thank you all for watching & I hope you all enjoy!
