6-Ventricular Repolarization, ST-T Dynamics & The QT Interval

Accurate interpretation of ventricular repolarization can mean the difference between immediate reperfusion therapy and inappropriate discharge. This advanced clinical module covers T-wave pathology, including hyperacute T waves, appropriate discordance in bundle branch blocks and hypertrophy, and Wellens syndrome types A and B. We examine ST-segment elevation and depression morphology across regional vascular territories, coronary vasospasm, benign early repolarization, and STEMI equivalents such as de Winter T waves.
