Before you can play with your self concept, you have to know who is actually doing the playing. You are not your personality. You are not the set of traits and preferences and history you call your identity. Those are things you have, not what you are. It's a costume. A role you've played so long and so convincingly that you forgot you were the one wearing it. Every trait you call "just who I am" is a habit, not a fact. I'll show you exactly how to start experimenting today, how to choose a version of yourself on purpose, try it on, and move through your ordinary day as that version, lightly, the way a kid playing pretend doesn't agonize over whether they're really a superhero. And the wild part, the more lightly you hold it, the faster it takes, because the heaviness was the resistance all along. Hello🌈, I am Your Muse Traci and I am your favorite manifestation coach.
