How do you decide which pages a website actually needs, and how should they be organised?
In this video, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a real website redesign for FireStart, an Austrian software company. I’ll show you how I go from research and an existing website to a new information architecture (IA) and sitemap.
We’ll look at how I decide what deserves its own page, how I organise content without creating unnecessary overlap, and how I use user flows to check whether the structure makes sense.
This is part of my website redesign series, where I’m documenting the process from discovery to design.
