They Parachuted Cats Onto an Infected Island..

I’m Dr. Helen Carstairs, and I’m opening a Department of Primary Industries file about one of the strangest pest-control operations I’ve ever encountered: live cats parachuted onto an infected island in Borneo. I’ll reveal how many cats went out of that aircraft, what killed the cats already living there, and whether this desperate plan actually saved the rice harvest. I’ll walk through the decisions behind the operation, the threat facing the island, and the straight answer about what worked-and what didn’t. Tell me in the comments where you’re watching from; just the town is enough. #TrueStory #History #Borneo #Cats #Agriculture
