Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix (PS2) - This game is 20 years old! (and it's still awesome)

Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix...not Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition....not just plain Midnight Club 3...but Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix - whatever the case, this is the final and "ultimate" version of Midnight Club 3. Also - this game is 20 years old! I'm using - as always - PCSX2 to emulate on my pc, I have three(-ish) patches - a 60fps patch, a widescreen patch, and 'turn off motion blur' patch, and I'm playing it at 4X resolution. Everything else is "stock". I have to be honest, i started in 2X resolution, without patches, and I thought "i should see how far i should push this" and I also realized I hadn't checked for any patches, so I bumped up to 4X and 'all-the-patches' just before I started the Phil races - let me know if you can see a difference....I think I can? Regardless, there was no slowdown, so this game seems to be pretty well-optimized for emulation. Still super fun to play, and not super-easy to win every race (as it should be in MC games), and I did edit out the times I wiped out so badly there was no hope of winning in favour of keeping things from getting repetitive. What's funny about MC3 (any of them) is I've only opened the Tokyo level once, kind of just to see how it looked, but I never actually played any races in it. Back when I played MC2 when it was released, I played through the whole game and I did play - and finish - Tokyo, but I remember it being painfully hard in places and I guess I've been a bit scared off by it ever since. I guess I should get over that fear and take a trip to Tokyo - soon. thank you for watching - in this I race against three other racers and end with a bit of car customization. See you in the next video! Timeline: 2:25 - Rite of Passage (First Race): 7:02 - Bishop Races Start 17:50 - Vanessa Races Start 32:55 - Phil Races Start 45:30 - end of the races in this video, and where I start to pimp my ride lol
