Design Thinking for Education, Ep. 25: Feedback

When we’re using the HCD mindset–when we’re practicing being human-centered–we want to make sure our ideas represent more than one perspective. So it’s important that we hear from others and receive honest input. This also helps us to practice the iterative process of design thinking. This video explains a few of the best practices that we've learned over the years of facilitating feedback sessions with both students and adults, ranging from ways to ensure balanced feedback to the value of engaging in the feedback process early and often.
