Metro Detroit 2026 Aerospace Career Education (ACE) Academies

The program intentionally reaches students from communities with limited access to aerospace opportunities, helping talented young people see themselves in high-demand, future-focused careers. Based on survey feedback, 57% of the ACE Academy participants indicated they were not interested in aerospace careers before attending the academy. At the conclusion of the academy, over 85% of the students stated that the week's experiences increased their interest in pursuing a career in aerospace. The ACE Academy continues to grow, expanding its reach and inspiring the next generation of aerospace professionals by exposing, engaging, and educating students about what’s possible when opportunity meets preparation.
