Star Trek CCG 1E Legitimate Leader - deckbuilding

Decklist and how-to-play script: https://www.trekcc.org/1e/decklists/i... This TNG Klingon deck is aimed at players who are relatively new to virtual cards and introduces the Continuing Mission mechanic. Compared to the beginners' TNG Klingon Coming-of-Age deck (https://www.trekcc.org/1e/expansions/..., this deck uses affiliation-specific engines like Legitimate Leader of the Empire and Officer Exchange Program to increase the power level and complexity somewhat. Officer Exchange Program allows you to download almost any important skill you need, Duck Blind and Ancient Citadel generate card draws. Deck has room for 22 dilemmas and uses a bonus point sub-strat that enabled a two-mission win. The deck is built for Official Tournament Format (OTF), the standard format used for Regional, National, Continental and World Championships these days.
