Super Smash Bros Ultimate: How Hard is the Dr. Wily Spirit REALLY with Lucas?

Enjoy! One character I see brought up in comments regarding how easy he made spirit battles for players quite a bit is Lucas, and no where else is it apparent that he's really good than in this one notorious bout with the Mega Man villain. Though how true are those comments? I put the boy, and my go to spirit build, in their places to find out for myself, and to make the attempt hold the most weight possible, this battle is set to hard difficulty in World of Light since I feel like Spirit Board only has the AI set to around normal.
