Hi! I'm Tuma, a Japanese woman living in Tohoku, Japan.
Enjoying the solo life. 🇯🇵
A quiet day: cleaning, repotting plants, and cooking four of Japan's everyday superfoods.
Hijiki, soba, goma-ae, green tea — the dishes that have been in Japanese homes and school lunches since childhood.
It tasted just like my great-grandmother used to make. 🌿
I hope you enjoy a slow, nourishing day in Japan with me.
