My FIRST Freediving Experience // Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean

I’m excited to share with you my (beginner) Freedive training with Freediving World Record Holder Carlos Coste in Bonaire! ‘Freediving is something I wanted to learn for a very long time. And I made a promise with myself, I’ll stop making excuses and start facing the challenge. I’m Jill and this is my journey to Freediving!’ I know I still have a long way to go but I’m glad I pushed trough my fear and anxiety. For me it was so much more then just 'Freediving', it's truly an inner journey, you're forced to listen to your own body.
