ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਅੱਜ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਸਟਿਸ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਲਈ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਹਾਊਸ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਗਵਰਨਰ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਚੰਦ ਕਟਾਰੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਲਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ KAP ਸਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਵੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ 'ਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਹਨ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। CM ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ PM ਮੋਦੀ, ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਸਹੁੰ ਨਾ ਚੁਕਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। #News18Punjab #PunjabHaryanaHighCourt #AshwaniKumarMishra #BhagwantMann Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra is set to take oath today as the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
