Along the Elbe — Wedel, Blankenese & Hamburg Harbour | 4K Art Film with Original Music

A visual journey along the Elbe from Wedel through Blankenese and Finkenwerder toward Hamburg Harbour. Filmed on 22 August 2026, the film moves gradually from the quieter landscapes along the river toward the increasingly dense world of ships, ferries, cranes and harbour architecture. Container ships, the lighthouse at Wittenbergen, views across the Elbe and the Hamburg skyline form a continuous journey from nature toward the city. The film combines photographs and video sequences, using slow camera movements and long transitions to preserve the atmosphere of the river and the changing character of the landscape.
