Begena of Solomon | Ancient Ethiopian Lyre | Sacred Meditation Music | Saharan Soul

BEGENA OF SOLOMON | Ancient Ethiopian Begena Lyre | Sacred Meditation Music | Saharan Soul Before recorded history, King Solomon played this instrument. This is Begena of Solomon — sacred Ethiopian meditation music built around the begena, the ancient 10-string lyre of the Ethiopian Orthodox tradition, known as the Harp of David. Saharan Soul presents this rare and profound piece of sacred African music. The begena is one of the most majestic instruments ever created — its deep, buzzing resonance is said to slow the heart, still the mind, and open the soul to divine presence. Played in Ethiopian Orthodox monasteries for centuries as an instrument of prayer, healing, and devotion, the begena here becomes a vehicle for the deepest meditation you may have ever experienced. This is not background music. This is an invitation to absolute stillness. Tuned to 174Hz — the frequency of foundation, safety, and pain relief — This music is for deep meditation, prayer, healing, trauma release, and the practice of sacred silence. 🕐 TIMESTAMPS 0:00 — The First String (Begena Intro) 10:00 — Solomon's Temple (Full Drone) 25:00 — Sacred Silence (Deep Meditation) 50:00 — Ancient Covenant (Meditation Peak) 1:20:00 — Return (Gentle Close) 🌍 Perfect for: Ethiopian sacred music | Begena lyre music | Deep meditation | Sacred African music | Healing meditation | Ethiopian Orthodox music | Prayer music | Ancient harp meditation © Saharan Soul — Ancient Sounds for Modern Stillness TAGS: begena of solomon, begena music, ethiopian lyre, ethiopian sacred music, harp of david music, ethiopian orthodox meditation, ancient ethiopian music, saharan soul, begena lyre, solomonic music, sacred african meditation, ancient harp music meditation, ethiopian healing music, sacred lyre music, ethiopian ambient, deep meditation africa, 174hz meditation, ethiopian prayer music, ancient string instrument africa, east african sacred music, best ethiopian sacred music 2026, begena lyre music for deep meditation, ancient ethiopian harp for healing, ethiopian orthodox music for meditation and prayer, sacred african music for stillness, harp of david meditation music, african lyre meditation for trauma healing HASHTAGS: #SaharanSoul #BegenaMusic #EthiopianLyre #SacredMeditation #HarpOfDavid #EthiopianOrthodox #AncientAfrica #DeepMeditation #SacredMusic #HealingMusic
