Wabtec is no stranger to buying used locomotives for its projects but one of the more unusual purchases was 3 Dash 8 units from Larry's Truck Electric. The have some interesting history to them including one painted for Pan Am Railways! Then CSX #3270 comes back to Erie after being modified internally.
