SHINee's Minho: Going Solo Last Should Have Hurt His Career

Why SHINee's Minho waited 14 years to go solo and why being last was never the same as being left behind. 🔥 In December 2022, Minho finally released "Chase," his first solo album, at thirty years old. He was the last SHINee member to go solo. But that same month, he was also leading a Netflix series. 🎬 So was he really behind? In this video, we break down the three reasons Minho's path looked so different: a decade of building a career outside music 🎭⚽, a solo debut that completed a series SHINee started 🧩 (Ace, Base, Face, Voice… and Chase), and a late start that left him free to try everything 🚀 In K-pop, solo debut order often gets treated like a ranking. Minho shows why it doesn't have to be. 💎 If you enjoy thoughtful K-pop stories that go beyond the drama, please like and subscribe to Kpop All Day. ✨ Every comment helps the channel reach more viewers, so let us know what you think below. 💬 You can also support the channel through Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/kpopallday ☕ Any support will go toward research, sources, and improving future videos. #SHINee #Minho #ChoiMinho #FlamingCharisma #Shawol #MinhoChase #KpopExplained #Kpop #KpopAllDay
