Study and work in Oulu: A safe city in many ways

Suiane Lima is a PhD student at the University of Oulu. She studies biochemistry and immunology. Suiane is from Brazil and she thinks Oulu is a very safe place in many ways. “There’s basically no crime in Oulu. I can go out and return home at any time. Nothing bad is going to happen.”
