Study and work in Oulu: Do you even need a car here?

Artem Zhyvolozhnyi, doctoral student Artem Zhyvolozhnyi came to Oulu from Ukraine. He is a doctoral student in biochemistry at the University of Oulu. He says Oulu is a perfect city for life, even without a car. “Oulu is very quiet and very clean. I don’t need a car. That’s the main point of Oulu. In Oulu I spend three minutes on the way to work.”
