The Biggest Mistakes We Made Our First Year Breeding Ball Pythons Ep16

We made mistakes our first year breeding ball pythons. A LOT of them. 😂🐍 In Episode 16 of My Life With Snakes, Zach and I look back at our first year of breeding and discuss the things we got wrong, the lessons we learned the hard way, and what we would do differently if we were starting all over again today. Some mistakes cost us time. Some cost us money. And some just taught us that breeding snakes is a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside. If you're thinking about breeding ball pythons, just getting started, or you're already deep into your own breeding journey, hopefully some of our mistakes can save you from making the same ones. 👇 We want to hear from you: What was YOUR biggest mistake when you first started keeping or breeding snakes? And if you haven't started breeding yet, what's the one thing you're most nervous or confused about? Drop it in the comments. We may use your questions for a future video or one of our Thursday live Q&As! Welcome to My Life With Snakes. We're Rose and Zach, the husband-and-wife team behind Ghost Constrictors, and we're documenting what it actually looks like to try to turn our snake-breeding side hustle into a full-time business. The wins, the mistakes, the expenses, the hatchlings, the gross stuff, the stressful stuff, and everything we're learning along the way.
