Choc-oat-chip cookies (AKA chocolate chip cookies with oats) are like a copycat version of Chick-fil-A's popular cookie, only better! Chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days before proceeding. 06:40 Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 06:47 Once dough has chilled, remove from the refrigerator and scoop by ¼ cup (85g) scoops. Place on prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies at least 2” (5cm) apart. 07:30 Transfer to center rack of 375F (190C) preheated oven and bake for 9-11 minutes, until cookies are beginning to turn a light golden color around the edges. 08:03 Immediately sprinkle cookies with flaky sea salt while still warm.
