WHAT UP YT!!!!! What a find freaking day. I was alone for this one. However the weights had me. I was so unbelievably pleased with today’s upper day. Overall, the pump was great and the strength was there as well. I genuinely wanted to keep going as long as I could, but work comes first, so I had to cut a little bit short a.k.a. just hurry up the barbell row was a great addition to the split today I had a blast doing it in general and probably will see that again in the future. The dumbbell shoulder press was at once in a while thing however I really do enjoy doing that. I just prefer a stable machine movement personally I hope you guys have had a great freaking week and a great Thursday roll into Friday strong!!
