Full Resort Tour at Gr Solaris Caribe | All Inclusive Resort, Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico!

Welcome to our full tour of the Gr Solaris Caribe, an All Inclusive resort in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico! In this video, we take you on a complete resort tour of the adults-only Gr Solaris Caribe Resort, covering the reception area, swimming pools, beach, bars, buffet and much more. OUR EXPERIENCE: The resort has roughly 200 rooms and is about a 25-minute drive from Cancun International Airport. Taxis, private shuttles, and transportation included in your vacation package are all possible ways to get from Cancun Airport to Gr Solaris Caribe. We arrived at the resort around 12:00 PM, and our room was ready; the check-in process was simple and quick, taking only a few minutes before we headed down to our room, which was newly renovated, comfortable, clean, and had a view of the Caribbean Sea; however, check-out was slower, and a late check-out was not available, and the staff did not try or care to accommodate our request. The facilities and surroundings were clean and well-organized, and we liked the majority of them, including excellent customer service, delicious meals, and high-quality beverages. The resort offered various restaurants that could only be accessed with reservations through their app, which did not work well, as well as one buffet: the "Café Solaris" buffet, which served only breakfast, while lunch and dinner buffets were not available, much to our disappointment, and we will recommend implementing buffet-style restaurants for lunch and dinner in the future. In contrast to many of the places we visited in Mexico, the food at the resort was delicious and fresh. The "Veneto" Italian restaurant had the best dinner, which was enhanced by a lovely atmosphere and good service. The resort's major asset is a beautiful beach with several kilometers of barrier-free strolling on the sand. There were plenty of chairs available on the beach, and we never had trouble finding one. Those who prefer walking could venture outside the resort and find many kilometers of boulevard to explore and enjoy. In conclusion, this is a small, well-organized resort with everything within walking distance, ideal for those who cannot or choose not to walk large distances. Given the closeness to the airport, we would probably return in the future. RESORT RATINGS: Value to Money – 4.5/5 Stars (Happy with the experience.) Location - 5/5 Stars (Close to the airport with a beautiful beach.) Beach - 4.5/5 Stars (Amazing beach; however, it needs to be cleaned up more thoroughly to remove the sargassum. Sometimes the tractor comes and simply mixes the sargassum with sand instead of picking it up.) Reception – 4.5/5 Stars (Although courteous and competent, late check-out availability should be addressed, as some people may leave late and need to stay longer at the resort.) Service – 4.5/5 Stars (The service was excellent overall, except for the late check out issue.) Buffet – 4/5 Stars – (The food was wonderful; however, adding a lunch and dinner buffet would have been beneficial.) Restaurants – 4.5/5 Stars (All of the restaurants have pleasant spaces, but you must reserve them ahead of time. In our opinion, the best restaurant is the Italian restaurant "Veneto".) Rooms – 5/5 Stars (The room was lovely and newly renovated, and everything worked perfectly. A nice television with a good channel selection, a daily restocked mini-fridge, and a properly functioning air conditioner. Thank you to our cleaner for doing such a fantastic job cleaning and organizing our suite every day.) Sleep Quality – 5/5 Stars (Excellent soft mattress.) Cleanliness – 4.5/5 Stars (Organized and clean, with each staff member always contributing.) Internet- 4/5 Stars (Occasional loss of signal.)
