Chen style Taiji/tai chi 18 forms

Master Kim and Assistant Tom leading the beginner class through the Chen 18 form. First step is learning (and remembering) the movement sequence, next comes the hard part of consistent practice to unlock new levels of detail over time. Like peeling back the layers of an infinite onion. ⛩️ Yangshuo Traditional Tai Chi School is situated in the beautiful Yulong River Scenic area surrounded by amazing karsts and quaint villages. The School welcomes students of all ages and abilities. Please contact @taichichina_kim for more information or to book your Tai Chi experience whether it be at the school or an online class. ⛩️ #yangshuotaichischool #masterkimwu #jimavillage #chenstyletaijiquan #chen18
