We turned our garage into a butcher shop!

As we strive to live a healthy, enjoyable, self-sustainable life, I share what I do in hopes of making good stewardship contagious. Our family was given the incredible opportunity to raise beef cows on our neighbor's property. This was a first for us! We decided to convert a corner of our garage into a meat cooler (which will come in handy during hunting season and when we process our meat birds) to process the cows ourselves!
