This Peaches Scene Hits Different as an Adult | Kings Ransom

I rewatched Kings Ransom as an adult and watching Peaches Clarke's story is a little different this time around as a woman in my 30s. Peaches was one of the funniest and most memorable characters in the movie but underneath the comedy, she was being lied to, manipulated, embarressed and treated like a joke. And the part that really bothered me when I was rewatching this movie is when she is tricked by Andre. So in this vide, we're revisiting Regina Hall's Peaches Clarke, looking at what actually happened to her in Kings Ransom and asking the real questions. And I already know...we had NO business watching this movie when we were younger but I'm grown now and I wanna talk about it. The book I'm coloring from isn't from my Black Girl Cinema Coloring book but from the coloring book "Girl Talk: For the Girls Coloring Through It".
