MacRumors reported Monday afternoon that Apple has started bumping estimates for some customers in the US and Japan (a December order now November 20–30; December 1–8 now November 16–23; one Japanese order from December to October 24), and as of Tuesday morning Apple caps Duo orders at two per customer (9to5Mac).
