When Zechariah Argued With an Angel Day 267: Luke 1 & Psalm 112

A priest named Zechariah gets the impossible answer to a prayer he'd stopped praying — and responds with doubt instead of faith. His punishment? Total silence, for nine months. But that same chapter also gives us a teenage girl named Mary, who hears an even more impossible promise and answers with total surrender: "Let it be to me according to your word." Today's reading covers the announcements of both John the Baptist and Jesus, Mary's visit to Elizabeth, the Magnificat, and the birth of John — plus Psalm 112, a psalm about the steady, fearless heart of someone who trusts God completely. 📖 Today's Reading: Luke 1, Psalm 112 🔔 Subscribe for daily Bible readings 💬 Comment your thoughts below #DailyBreadChronicles #BibleReading2026 #Luke #ChristianContent #FaithHabits
