Zöe Franklin speaks on the need for DVLA reform

House of Commons, 23rd April 2026 - Guildford MP, Zöe Franklin, speaks on the need for DVLA reform. Zöe says that reform to the DVLA is not optional. She points out that we ask people to follow the rules and they put other people before themselves in surrendering their licence, the state has a duty to respond promptly and proportionately.
