We Finally Got Our First Egg! 3 Changes That Worked

We removed 3 roosters from our 22 hens and finally got our very first egg! On Blended Acres our family of 10 is raising backyard chickens in an old New York horse-stall barn. We're first year and first time chicken owners, so I'm going to be honest about what's working for raising chickens for eggs. In this video I show you where we found it, who found it, why we pulled the roosters, and the 3 changes I think helped - less stress, steady feed + water, and light + dry bedding with the deep litter method. All right guys - you have to be the judge of that. Was it the roosters, or just time? Tell me what you think in the comments.
