After years of colouring my hair roots every 2–3 weeks, dealing with bad colours, dryness, frizz and the rising cost of hairdresser visits, I finally made the decision to transition to gray. Almost 7 years later, I couldn’t be happier. The change has also brought some unexpected and wonderful benefits and has lifted my personal confidence enormously.
