Athletic Rock: The Full History of the Wildest NWOBHM Band

Originally from Newcastle, England and formed in 1974, Raven was jumping around on stage before it was cool. Widely considered a massive foundational influence on the thrash metal movement, the Gallagher brothers took raw energy and blinding speed, combining it with catchy hooks, compelling songwriting, and wildly creative guitar solos. Join me as we take a deep dive into the history and discography of the absolute wildest NWOBHM band. From their early days pioneering a chaotic, high-octane style and classic early albums like Rock Until You Drop and Wiped Out, to navigating a turbulent relationship with Atlantic Records, their entire story is covered here.
