16 Benefits of Borax Most People Don't Know (The Druggist's Way)

For forty-five years I stood behind the counter of a small-town pharmacy, in the building where my father kept the general store before me. Last time I promised to take you one shelf down, to the white box with the twenty mules on it. Today I count down sixteen jobs that seven-dollar box of borax still does better than the bright wall above it — and number one takes out an entire ant colony, no exterminator, no contract. I have nothing to sell you. My counter closed years ago. All I have left is the knowing — and the knowing is free. HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. This channel is housekeeping, not medicine — nothing here is medical advice. Borax is a mineral: keep it away from children and pets, never ingest it, avoid raising dust, and wear gloves for prolonged contact. Always test a hidden spot first, and never mix cleaning chemicals together. Tell me your town, and what your corner drugstore was called before it closed — and this week, tell me what your mother kept borax for. I read every single one. #borax #cleaningtips #frugalliving
